We’re very proud to announce that we’ve been named a 2018 Top Workplace by Newsday!

(Newsday is a daily newspaper that primarily serves Nassau and Suffolk counties and the New York City borough of Queens on Long Island.)

We’re thrilled to have been included on the list, and thankful to all our associates, who made this possible.

The list of winners is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few, according to Energage, the company that administered the survey.

“Top Workplaces is more than just recognition,” said Doug Claffey, CEO of Energage. “Our research shows organizations that earn the award attract better talent, experience lower turnover, and are better equipped to deliver bottom-line results. Their leaders prioritize and carefully craft a healthy workplace culture that supports employee engagement.”

Again, we are thrilled by this designation!

We want to thank all our NCP associates, as well as our panel members, who’ve helped us become a better company.

Have a great weekend!
