Last month, we highlighted this year’s first NCP Cares recipient, the Council on Aging in Union County. Today, we’re pleased to share information about our second recipient, the Capital Area Agency on Aging in Baton Rough, Louisiana.

Each year, our NCP Cares initiative supports nonprofit organizations across the country with charitable donations that help advance their missions and programs.

What makes this effort so special is our panel members — they’re the backbone of this initiative. Each year, they nominate nonprofit organizations in their local communities that are truly making a difference.

This year, NCP Cares focused on organizations that provide critical services to older residents, including senior day programs, caregiver support, and technology education for older adults.
