Hi everyone, James here from NCP. Today we’re going to talk about some of the most common questions we get about our rewards program. Let’s dive in.

How do I check my reward points and redeem them?
Your reward points balance appears right below your name in the upper left corner of the app’s home screen. On the home screen, tap the rewards icon at the bottom to go to the rewards section. There you’ll see the rewards available to you. You can redeem your points for digital gift cards, enter the Pick ‘N Win sweepstakes, or check out your monthly NCPerks options.

What do I do if my reward points look incorrect?
First, check your points history by tapping the history icon at the bottom of the home screen. You’ll see your earned rewards, redemptions, and shopping trips. If something still doesn’t look right, reach out to our support center for assistance.

How do I get surveys so I can earn extra reward points?
Survey invitations are based on panel participation. The best way to increase your chances of receiving surveys is to send your shopping trips consistently every week. When you complete a survey, additional reward points will be added to your balance. Surveys are a quick and easy way to earn extra points. So, be sure to answer any that come your way.
