Every now and then, we hear from panel members who are having trouble with their account. They’re locked out of the website/app, can’t access their rewards or something just isn’t working right.

A few members think the quickest fix is to “start fresh” by creating a brand-new NCP account.

But don’t hit that “sign up” button just yet!

While it might seem like a quick fix, creating a new account (or having someone else in your household sign up with the same address) can actually make things worse. Here’s why:

– You could lose access to the panel member website
– Your reward points might become unavailable (and no one wants that!)
– Your home address could even be blocked in our system

So, what should you do instead? Simple: contact our Panel Support Center.

Our support team is here to help and will work with you to fix whatever issue you’re experiencing — whether it’s a login problem, an app issue, or something else. The gang will find a solution — no new account needed!
