We’ll be walking over to my Dad’s house to spend a little time with him and celebrating his 88th birthday. After that just going home and relaxing before the evening starts when we fearfully observe people setting of fireworks during our burn ban as it happens every year otherwise we would be in bed sleeping by then. Unfortunately many people don’t realize out here in the country side that when there is a burn ban it’s for a reason as some of us that have lived out here many years have seen stray going fireworks set someone’s property into an inferno and being so far out in the country; by the time the volunteer fire department can get here there’s nothing left other than for them to keep the fire from spreading to the neighbors. I wish everyone a safe and happy 4th of July and having said that, please be cautious with your fireworks!
