Hi! James here, with big news: our panel member website has received a major upgrade! Let’s walk through some of the exciting changes together.

Our panel member website is a fantastic resource for all NCP panel members, whether you use our NCPMobile app or one of our scanners to report your purchases. However, mobile app users should remember that the website is purely an informational resource. You still need the NCPMobile app to scan and submit your shopping trip purchases.

After entering your information on our updated login page, you’ll find yourself on the all-new homepage. Here you’ll see your panel member snapshot. The top blue section highlights your current Reward Points, along with a link to redeem your points for digital gift cards. You’ll also see the date of your last transmission, your membership level, and the number of points you’re earning per week.

Just below that, you’ll find your most recent account activity. Below the account activity section, you’ll see the familiar promotion for our Pick ‘N Win Sweepstakes. To the right, you’ll find our all-new collapsible promotional area which includes your message center and other features.

At the top of the page is our site’s navigation menu, which lets you explore the website further. For example, let’s tap on rewards. There you’ll find links to view digital rewards, sweepstakes, discounts, and other offerings. If you click view gift cards, you’ll see all the current rewards we offer. Selecting more details on any of them will provide additional information and give you the option to redeem your reward points.

Back in the navigation bar, accessing your surveys is now a snap. You’ll also find links to other NCP resources including our blog and our special NCP Cares charity outreach program. The resources tab provides access to various tools to support your panel membership.

We’ve also greatly expanded our FAQs. At the bottom of the page you’ll find our FAQ library to help answer your questions. You can also use our search feature at the top of the page. Just enter a keyword or two, and you’ll get a list of FAQs that should answer your questions. Of course, if you prefer to contact our amazing support team, they’re just a button tap away.
