Last fall, we rolled out a brand-new design for the National Consumer Panel (NCP) member website. Our goal? To make it easier to use, mobile-friendly, and packed with the helpful info you need. We know that any big change can take time to get used to, and while some of you loved the updates right away, others needed a bit more time to adjust. Now that it’s been a few months, we hope the new site feels like home!

But there was one feature many of you really missed: the Instant Poll.

When we launched the updated website, the Instant Poll didn’t make it into the first version—and wow, did we hear about it! While we temporarily moved the poll to our Facebook and Instagram pages, we received tons of messages asking for its return to the main site.

We heard you loud and clear.

After months of planning and development, we’re excited to announce that the Instant Poll is officially back on the panel member website!

🚀 Where to Find It

It’s easy: Log into your panel member account, and look to the right side of your dashboard, just below the Message Center. That’s where you’ll find the Instant Poll.

Each week, we’ll feature a new question with four answer options. Once you vote, you’ll see the live results and how other panel members responded—just like the good old days!

📱 More Ways to Participate

While the poll is back on the website, we’re still sharing it on Facebook and Instagram too. Why? Because many of you love chiming in with extra thoughts, and the comments and conversations that happen there are fun and insightful for all of us. We genuinely enjoy reading what you have to say.

So whether you prefer voting on the website, social media—you’ve got options! We love hearing from you wherever you are.
