NCPMobile is the app used by National Consumer Panel members to report their shopping trips, take surveys, earn rewards and more.
In this video, James from NCP shows you how to use NCPMobile to redeem your NCP reward points for gift cards.
Hi there this is James from NCP. Today we’re going to look at the various ways you can redeem your reward points.
Remember, you earn reward points each week when you submit your shopping trip reports to us. Once you’ve earned enough points, you can redeem the points for various rewards. Just tap the menu button in the upper left corner. Then, under the Rewards section choose Reward Cards. This will take you to NCPMobile’s Reward Redemption Center.
As you can see we have an excellent selection of reward options, including amazon.com, Visa, PayPal, Groupon, and many others. If we look at amazon.com gift cards specifically, you’ll see you have the choice of selecting a five dollar, ten dollar, 25 dollar, or 50 dollar gift card depending on how many reward points you have available. Other reward cards come in various denominations as well.
You want to make sure you have enough points to redeem before selecting your reward. Your rewards arrive to you by email as a digital redemption code, so make sure NCP has a valid email address for you. If you aren’t sure what email address we have on file, contact the Panel Support Center.
You can also redeem your reward points for merchandise in our panel member gift catalog. We have a fantastic selection of items from electronics to housewares to entertainment and more.
There’s also our unique Pick ‘N Win Sweepstakes where you can use your reward points to enter for a chance to win specially selected merchandise. There are nine different prizes each month. Simply tap on Pick ‘N Win Sweeps in the rewards section of the app for all the details.

When we request the gift card why can’t you send that in the mail instead of sending it through email or whatever it is.

is this true the gift catalog has many more gift options on the app versus actually accessing the gift catalog from your website? If this is true why do we not have the same options both ways.

Where is this gift catalog located at. Can you view the items to see h I w points you need to buy them. Can you send me a link?
Also where I live we have no cell service. So when I have points and need to use them for gift cards. I can’t verify the information like that over a phone. SO if I could just have a way for you to acknowledge the I formation by you sending the code in my email would be great. I love be able to earn these wonderful gift cards. I have been with your company for a while .Thank you for helping with this.

Our Gift Catalog is available on our panel member website, which you can find here:

Since you are an NCPMobile user you may have not been to the site before. If that’s the case you will need to register to use it.
After you do, you can go click on the “Rewards” link at the top and then “View/Order Gifts.” Click the big blue button and it will take you to our gift catalog.
Each item indicates how many reward points it would take to redeem it.
Since you are a mobile app user, you should have access to gift cards both through the app AND on the panel member website too! 🙂
You can click “View/Order Gift cards” and select the ones you want. Gift cards are then sent to you at the email address we have on file.

I would like to know why I cannot get a response from ncp customer support at all after Several emails how and why I’m not able to get into website or anything else and support won’t response to help and why I’m not getting the emails at all with my no. To get the rewards IS ANYONE ELSE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THIS PLACE CAN U ALL GET INTO WEBSITE AND CATALOG
So sorry you are having some issues. Our panel support team says they have replied to your emails a few times. We’ve also had one of our reps try to call the number we have on file for you but got a busy signal. We will keep trying, but feel free to call us at 1-800-962-6700 and anyone on the support team will be able to assist!
It would be nice if we could access the gift catalog from this app.
The gift catalog is not very user friendly

I’m trying to redeem a reward and it wants to verify my email by sending me a code but I never got a code and the email address it says your sending it to is correct. Why?

Do not see the Visa Reward Card.
The Visa Reward Card gives a broader choice of retailers to use.

Wish it was possible to receive a gift card to be able to give as gift rather than a piece of copied paper

Can I transfer my gift card to another person, and if so how?
Hi Russell, unfortunately we do not have the ability to transfer your gift card to someone else. You can use your gift card to purchase a gift card for someone, or you can gift your gift card to them. Thanks!
I would like to see different items to purchase with our rewards points I have been in program close to year more or less and the same items are on list please add more items for those of us who doesn’t participate in monthly sweeps

I don’t understand how to use the Amazon gift cards I’ve earned over the last year. I see them in “Rewards: Rewards History” & ‘Activity History: Rewards” but that only tells me the card amount, number of points used and date redeemed. I’m trying to complete my amazon order right now and I need the gift card codes to be able to use them to pay for my order.
