The 2018 Winter Olympic Games from Pyeongchang, South Korea, started last week. Have you watched any of the events?
There are always some really cool and popular events that I like to watch, like cross-country skiing, Alpine skiing, snowboarding, ski jumping, speed skating, figure skating, and ice hockey.
But then there’s also curling, luge, skeleton, bobsled, and snowmobiling, etc. – all events that I’m not very familiar with. But that’s the beauty of the Winter Games. You get the chance to see all these very different, and somewhat unusual (to me, at least), events.

I loved the opening ceremony and the closing one. I took interest is the snow boARDING WITH SEAN WHITE WINNING 3 GOLDS IT WAS AMSOME
My favorite to watch is the snowboarding. Probably because I have 2 nephews who live to “shred”, I hope someone out there knows what that means. I live in PA and my nephews picked up and moved to CO to follow their passion. They work at one of the largest resorts out there, and if they are not working they are snowboarding. My oldest nephew even does some flips and stuff. I feel closer to them when I watch something they love. I also love all of the skiing and skating. (But I do not like snow!)
I enjoy watching the figure skating. I have always wanted to be able to skate; however, when I was growing up we didn’t have the facilities for me to skate.
We/ I enjoyed all the sports but the skating was one of my favorite next to cross country . The opening and close of the Olympics was awesome to watch.

I really have enjoyed watching the Olympics. Especially the ice skating portion of it. I kind of hold my breath to make sure that nobody falls. I’ve learned a lot about the other sports and have enjoyed watching it and learning about them.
I feel bad when the participants fall or don’t do the best at the time after working so hard to make the team.

Loved watching all of the coverage of the Winter Olympics! I admired the courage of the skiing and snowboarding competitors in the aerials, ski jumping, slopestyle, half-pipe, snowboard cross, big air and parallel giant slalom. It was very exciting to watch at times finding myself holding my breath.
I love the bobsled, luge, curling, skating, snowboarding and ice hockey. In reality, I like all events.
