It’s been so hot lately. I’ve been thinking of ways to cool down. For me, there is nothing better than a nice cold glass of iced tea!
Last week we looked at the most popular ice cream flavors that panelists had purchased for the past three months. This week, let’s take a look at iced tea flavors.
Here are the top flavors of iced tea purchased by NCP panelists, for the past three months:
- Unflavored
- Sweet
- Lemon
- Peach
- Raspberry
- Half & Half Tea Lemonade
- Citrus
- Sorta Sweet
- Extra Sweet
- Peach Mango
- Mixed Berry
After reading that list, I’m feeling cooler already!
How do you stay cool in the heat? Let me know.
Have a great day!
Tall glass of ice sweet tea. Don’t hurt to have a bowl of vanilla ice cream with it. Pretty good
Wow. That’s a great post. Thanks for sharing.
My husband I love Ice Tea with lemon so refreshing.
How about a mixture of lemonade and ice tea. Really is a great taste for a change. I personally love let and my husband who does not drink much tea also really likes this drink.
A tall glass of ice water with half a small lime squeezed into it is very refreshing. I also enjoy sweet tea, being from the South, but only if I make it myself and control the amount of sugar and steep the tea bags properly. Five minutes and no squeezing the tea bags. Garnish with a real lemon wedge.
Stevia sweetened cold decaf tea…all day long!!!
There is nothing as cooling as iced mint tea, sometimes with a wedge/slice of orange. Wonderful!
Nothing beats a tall glass of ice water!
I drink water from the tap and keeping hydrated keeps you cool. I do have green tea and put in fresh fruit but make it myself so no sugar .
Of all those teas mentioned, only the unsweetened (#1) appeals to me. I’m assuming these are flavors purchased in bottled, not home brewed or sun tea. I enjoy flavored teas that are not sweetened: raspberry, mint etc. I make them myself…far less expensive and I can control the strength. Sun-brewed tea is my go-to method during the summer and I make it by the gallon. Very refreshing!
